Our Vision

A world in which women are free to flourish, prosper, and speak their truth – a world free of SA, violence, bigotry, and institutionalized inequality.

Our Mission

Achieve social and economic gender parity through a global network that delivers empowerment tools, eliminates gender-based violence, and drives gender-equality policies.

Our Areas of Focus

Social Justice

HerRights doesn’t just respond to individual instances of sexism or violence - we aim to change the broader social, economic, and cultural structures that disadvantage women and other marginalized genders. Combining direct support, awareness-raising, advocacy, and empowerment programs, we work at multiple levels: personal, community, systemic. This comprehensive approach helps move toward long-term gender equity and social justice.

Resource Facilitation

We don’t stop at immediate assistance - we open doors to long-term healing. By facilitating access to critical resources, we help survivors connect with support systems, rehabilitation services, and pathways that rebuild confidence, stability, and independence. Our approach ensures that every individual is met with dignity, care, and the tools needed not only to survive, but to thrive.

Prevention

We believe prevention begins with education, visibility, and collective action. Through awareness campaigns, community conversations, and empowerment programs, we challenge harmful norms and promote gender equality. By equipping communities with knowledge and support networks, we help create environments where respect, safety, and justice can thrive - long before harm occurs.
